Price: $25/week

This customized weekly meal plan will help you achieve your health goals, thrive in your daily life, and restore your health by addressing your specific nutritional needs and dietary preferences.

Monthly Maintenance

Price: $125

This includes a 45-minute of focused and deeper work per session following the Health Case Review Package.
Empowers you to take charge of your health and have a clear view of how to recover.
Check-in on your health status, lifestyle developments, and overall well-being.
Based on the general health progress, this monthly follow-up session will assess the need for changes in the action plan, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Functional Nutrition Counseling Services

Health Case Review Package

Price $425

This includes three 1-hour sessions of in-depth new patient evaluation, health history, nutrition counseling, and more.
Provide you with a thorough understanding of your condition and educate you on necessary changes for your health.
Nutrition Counseling Session discusses the recommendations, documentation, and next steps.
All sessions will be scheduled and paced according to your needs and abilities and will include reasonable email communication between you and Dr. Shola Lajide in between sessions.
Includes a comprehensive nutritional 1-month of weekly meal plans tailored uniquely to you.

Clinical Nutrition Counseling

Price: $250

This includes a 90-minute session that begins with a discussion based on the intake form you completed prior to your appointment.
Your initial health assessment will provide you with a quick overview of your overall health.
Based on the information from the intake form, we develop a personalized nutrition plan to address your concerns.
During the session, will answer any questions you may have so that your treatment plan is clear and feasible.
Number of sessions will be variable, dependent upon your schedule, and paced to your needs.
